Job alerts that learn what members care about
- Clicks teach the alerts. When a member clicks a job in an alert or welcome email, or taps an answer in the welcome email, their interests are filled in for them. It only fills in what is empty and never overwrites their choices.
- Welcome emails go out in careful waves with the board's own digest, starting small and growing, and they pause on their own if bounces or spam reports go up.
