Every job on your board, ready for Google.
Every job shows up the way Google for Jobs wants it, every location and category gets a page of its own, and we tell Google your board is there. ChatGPT and other AI search tools can read it too.
From $79/month · 14-day free trial · No setup feesFrom a job post to a search result.
What your board does so search engines can find each job, understand it, and send people to it.
A page for every search people type.
Your board builds a page for each category, location, job type and company with open jobs, and lists them with your open jobs in its sitemap. Someone searching for jobs in Princeton, NJ lands on a page that answers it, not on your homepage.- Job URLs name the company and the role
- Country and state pages that link down to each city
- Old and duplicate job URLs redirect to the one that counts
Know what to fix, ranked by the clicks it is worth.
The Google Search tab in your dashboard shows the searches your board appears for and turns them into a short list of changes: a search with no page of its own, a job close to page one, a page that ranks but does not get clicked.- Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position
- Each fix names the job or page to change
- Last 7 days to 12 months, compared with the period before
What people ask about search.
- How soon will my jobs show up on Google?
- Your board gives Google everything it needs as soon as a job goes live, and on Pro and Scale we tell Google about new and edited jobs straight away. When Google shows a job is up to Google, so we do not promise a date.
- Does my board need its own domain to be found?
- Yes. Boards on a kardow.com address are served with a noindex header on purpose, so a board is never indexed twice once it moves. Connect your own domain on any plan, or run the board on a path of a site you already have, like yoursite.com/jobs. Subpath hosting is on every plan too, and it keeps the search authority your site has already built.
- Do I need to set anything up with Google?
- No. When your domain connects, we tell Google about your board, and you can see how your jobs do in search from your dashboard.
- What happens to a job page when the job closes?
- The page stays up, says the position is no longer accepting applications and lists similar roles, so the links and rankings it earned keep working for you. A job with a closing date tells Google when it ends. Ninety days after a job expires, its page asks search engines to drop it.
- Can ChatGPT and other AI assistants read my jobs?
- Yes. Every job page loads with its full text, and your board lets AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read it.
- Can I change how job pages read in search results?
- Yes. In the editor's SEO settings, set a title and description template for every job page, using variables such as the job title, company, location, salary and posting date. Without one, a job page is titled with the role, the employer and the place.
- Is Google for Jobs available in my country?
- Google's own list covers 129 countries, by name or by whole region, and leaves out 56. Our Google for Jobs by country page has the answer for yours.
