Improved design editor settings & bug fixes

**Added language picker in the new design editor
** Links, colors, bold, and underline can now be added inside headings or paragraphs.
** Hiding auth buttons, changing link orders, removing post a job default are new options available in the header settings
** Pricing plan order can now be changed in the payment section. You can replace the default order if you want to show specific payment plans first.
** You can now add background images in a section. You can also control the position of the image and add a blur effect
** Favicon upload and preview is now available directly in the organization setting in the design editor.
