Improved user settings & switch roles

Added a new role switcher in the user menu to easily switch between hiring and job searching modes. This allows users to manage job postings and applications seamlessly from one account.
** Fixed a bug where the text in employee profile and business profile were switched.
** Improving applicants list to improve loading and usability
** Tracking label translations fixed for click & candidates
** Fixed rendering of jobs database imported jobs where the rendering was keeping markdown visual content.
** bug with certain messages in chat widget should be fixed. Visitor identity changes was leavling a stale conversation state that was preventing the system from auto syncing back the communication system.
