- What can a visitor see before paying?
- The first jobs on your board, as many as you set, in full. On any other job they still see the title, company, location, job type, salary and dates, so they know what they are paying for. The description, how to apply and your custom fields stay locked until they have access.
- Which plans include the paywall?
- Pro and Scale. Card payments through Stripe work on both. Selling access by invoice or through your own payment link is part of Scale.
- Can I charge once instead of a subscription?
- Yes. A job seeker access plan can renew every week, month or year, or be one payment that keeps access forever. You can offer several at once and the visitor picks one.
- Can I ask for a free account instead of payment?
- Yes. Switch the mode to Require Account Only and visitors unlock every job by creating an account. If you approve new job seekers, access starts once you have approved them. It is a way to grow your list of job seekers before you charge anything.
- How do subscribers cancel?
- From Billing in their account on your board, where Manage subscription opens their Stripe subscription. When a subscription ends or a renewal payment fails, access follows.
