- Is Kardow on Zapier?
- Yes. Kardow has its own app on Zapier, called Kardow. Search for it when you make a Zap, connect it with your API key, and pick one of its triggers or actions.
- What do I need to use it?
- A Kardow API key, which comes with Pro and Scale, and a Zapier account. How many Zaps you can run, and how often, is set by your Zapier plan.
- How quickly does a Zap start?
- Kardow's triggers are instant triggers: Kardow sends each event to Zapier instead of Zapier checking for new data. Events go out within about a minute, and a delivery that fails is retried, up to five tries in all over about an hour.
- Does a paid job post trigger New Job Posted before it is paid?
- No. A job waiting on its checkout does not count as posted. New Job Posted fires once the payment goes through, so a Zap never announces a job that was never paid for.
- Do my custom signup fields come through?
- Yes. New User Created includes the fields your signup form asks for, under the labels you gave them, so a phone number or a LinkedIn profile maps straight into your CRM or spreadsheet.
- Can I connect more than one board?
- Yes. Each board has its own API key, so add one Kardow connection in Zapier for each board.
- Can I get the same events without Zapier?
- Yes. The REST API lets you subscribe your own URL to the same events as a webhook, and it can post them to a Slack or Discord channel directly.
