Smart search and a vendor directory you can run
- Visitors can ask for what they need in plain words and get a shortlist of listings that fit, instead of browsing every category.
- A Directory section in your dashboard with a 'Waiting on you' list: businesses claiming their listing and content waiting for your review. You also see how many leads and questions came in over the last 30 days.
- Teach the search with your own expertise. See what buyers asked, add your own recommendations or 'steer away' notes, and watch an accuracy score.
- Set your own rules. Choose how much a free listing can publish, whether leads are visible, and what paid plans unlock, such as sponsored placement. Anything internal or members only stays hidden from anonymous visitors.
- Make the search box yours with your own title and description, or turn smart search off.
- Visitors keep their shortlist when they open a profile and come back, and they see progress while it works. There is a daily limit on smart searches per board, and visitors are told to try again tomorrow if it is reached.
