Improved custom pricing plans customization options

** New modern pricing plans cards with fully customizable colors, text and features list.
** There is now a sync button in the design editor (Click on the pricing plan component to display it) - it allows automatically syncing with your active pricing plans. You can use it to sync your board with active plans while still being able to fully customize visually the content you want like text, descriptions and features.
** You can now choose to customize the pricing plan button to be small or full width & if you want it right under the price or at the bottom of the card.
** Fixed a bug where deleting and recreating a subcribers would fail with an error about duplicate existing user. This will now automatically recreate and sync the subscriber status.
** Issue with uploading resume in employee profile should be fixed. The ai embedding of the resume was silentily failing causing the resume processing to not complete properly.
** New toggles to control the location & the categories displayed in the job posting form component.
