Bulk add improvements + editor & auth fixes

AI bulk add for categories & locations now accepts free-form instructions + optional CSV/text file content, and always tries to generate structured items (including SEO meta when possible).
Better bulk add feedback with a loading spinner and a message indicating it may take a bit for larger lists.
Design editor: header style controls now include background color, text color, and bottom border options (color + width).
Design editor: navigation link styling adds a link style popover with color pickers and prevents empty dropdown chevrons from showing.
Improved slug generation for accented characters (e.g., French names now transliterate accents instead of dropping letters).
Auth / paywall fixes improve route approval checks, iframe auth refresh handling, and ensure tenant user entries are created correctly after OTP verification.
