Phone Number Field in External Forms

What’s New

• We’ve improved your job application forms to give you more control and flexibility:
• • Phone Number Collection: You can now optionally collect phone numbers from job applicants in your external application forms
• • Flexible Resume Requirements: Resume uploads can now be optional. Previously it was either mandatory or hidden, now you can choose to make it visible in your form but optional.
• • Customizable Form Fields: Control exactly which fields appear in your application forms (name, email, phone, resume)
• You can configure these settings in your organization dashboard under Home > Application Forms.
