# Best White-Label Job Board Software (2026): 6 Tools Priced > The cheapest plan rarely removes the vendor's logo. 6 white-label job board tools priced on the plan that does, with year-one cost. Checked Oct 2026. Table of contents Most job board tools say "white-label" on their homepage. But on their cheapest plan, their logo is still on your board. Removing it costs 1.5 to 3 times the price you saw first. I started with the 30 platforms in our [job board software pricing comparison](/articles/job-board-software-pricing) and kept the 6 that let you remove their branding on a published plan, or that sell a branded board by quote. I cut tools where your own domain sits on a custom-priced enterprise plan, such as Spacewalk (see [Spacewalk alternatives](/alternatives/spacewalk)). **Kardow is my company and it is #1 here for publishers and newsletters. It is not the cheapest white-label option: Job Boardly and Cavuno are, and I say so below.** ## 6 best white-label job board software: TL;DR 1. [Kardow](#kardow): Best for publishers and newsletters that want a branded board with imports and checkout included 2. [Cavuno](#cavuno): Best for a low-cost logo-free plan with a custom email domain 3. [Job Boardly](#job-boardly): Best for the cheapest logo-free plan 4. [JBoard](#jboard): Best for high-volume boards that import thousands of jobs 5. [Niceboard](#niceboard): Best for associations that want a hosted board next to their member system, with logo removal on Advanced 6. [SmartJobBoard](#smartjobboard): Best for a branded board with nothing upfront, on a revenue share ## What is white-label job board software? Short answer White-label job board software lets you run a job board under your own name and domain, with no sign of the vendor. Among the five tools here that publish a price, the cheapest plan that removes the vendor's logo costs $100 to $599 a month. The catch: the cheapest plan of most tools still shows their branding. Checked October 19, 2026 against each vendor's own pricing page. White-label matters most when your brand is the product: a publication, newsletter or association. Employers pay you, and they should not see someone else's logo. For a table of all 30 platforms side by side, see [job board software pricing, compared](/articles/job-board-software-pricing). ## 5 places a vendor's brand can leak onto your board A logo-free homepage is not enough. Check these five places in any free trial, before you pay for the plan: 1. **Footer**: a "Powered by" line or credit 2. **Domain**: your board on the vendor's subdomain instead of jobs.yoursite.com 3. **Emails**: job alerts and receipts sent from the vendor's address 4. **Checkout**: employer receipts that show the vendor's company name instead of yours 5. **Login pages**: candidate or employer sign-in with the vendor's logo The tables below price the first one, the logo, and show where the domain and the email address come in. ## How much does white-label job board software cost in 2026? As of October 2026, the cheapest plan that removes the vendor's branding costs $100 to $599 a month among the five tools that publish a price. Year one runs from $1,200 to $7,188 on monthly billing. Removing the logo adds 1.5 to 3 times the starting price. | Tool | Starting price | Cheapest logo-free plan | Year one, logo-free | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Job Boardly | $50/mo | Pro, $100/mo | $1,200 + credits | | Cavuno | $39/mo | Basic, $105/mo | $1,260 | | Kardow | $79/mo | Pro, $179/mo | $2,148 | | JBoard | $149/mo | Advanced, $449/mo | $5,388 | | Niceboard | $399/mo | Advanced, $599/mo | $7,188 | | SmartJobBoard | Quote | Quote | Quote | Read from each vendor's own pricing page on October 19, 2026, with monthly billing selected. Year one is the setup fee (none listed at any of them) plus twelve months. Annual billing lowers the price: by 20% at JBoard and Niceboard, 25% at Kardow and 33% at Job Boardly. ## Where else does each tool still show its brand? The logo is one leak. Your own domain and your own email address are the next two, and they sit on different plans: | Tool | Logo removed on | Your own domain on | Your own email domain on | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Job Boardly | Pro ($100) | Both plans | Not listed | | Cavuno | Basic ($105): the footer credit becomes optional | Every paid plan | Basic ($105) | | Kardow | Pro ($179) | Every plan | Pro ($179) | | JBoard | Advanced ($449) | Every plan | Standard ($249) | | Niceboard | Advanced ($599) | Every plan | Custom plan only | | SmartJobBoard | Not stated: it lists "custom branding" | Yes, per its April 2025 FAQ | Not stated | From each vendor's own pricing page and FAQ, read October 19, 2026. SmartJobBoard's domain answer is from its pricing page as the Internet Archive saved it on April 22, 2025. ## How I tested these white-label job board tools I did not use the advertised starting price. I found the first plan on each pricing page that removes the vendor's logo, and priced that. - **Logo-free price**: the cheapest plan that removes the vendor's branding - **Own domain**: which plan lets the board live on your domain - **Own email domain**: which plan sends mail from your address - **Fit**: who each tool is built for, in the vendor's own words 30 platforms compared see job board software pricing 6 made the list 1.5 to 3x what logo removal adds to the first price $100 to $599 a month for the cheapest logo-free plan If you run an association Start with one question: must members sign in with their association login? If they must, shortlist platforms that list single sign-on and ask each for a demo against your own AMS. On their own pages, Cavuno lists it on every plan, JBoard on its top plan, and Niceboard, Spacewalk and SmartJobBoard on quoted plans. If members do not need to, Kardow covers member and non-member pricing and approvals, with invoicing on Scale, and no single sign-on. The details are in [job board software with single sign-on](/articles/job-board-software-with-sso). ## Best for publishers and newsletters: Kardow Best fora news site, newsletter or niche publication that wants a jobs section that looks like its own site. ### Kardow: what is it? Kardow is hosted job board software for publishers and newsletters, with job imports, employer checkout and your own branding. I built Kardow to run Emplo.ca, a 22,000-member job community in Canada's capital region. Every plan can run on your own domain, and a board on a kardow.com address is kept out of Google on purpose, so a domain you own is what gets you indexed. Removing the Kardow branding and sending email from your own domain both start on Pro: $179 a month, or $2,148 in year one. The done-for-you launch service is optional and free on Pro and Scale. Kardow's logo-free plan costs more than Job Boardly's or Cavuno's. You are paying for included job imports (8,000 credits a month on Pro), the launch service and an employer checkout that pays you directly, with 0% of your job sales going to Kardow. ### Key features - **Your domain on every plan**: jobs.yoursite.com from Starter - **Logo-free from Pro**: no Kardow branding - **Your own email domain from Pro**: alerts sent from your address - **Job imports included**: 8,000 credits a month on Pro Pros - Your own domain on every plan. - Done-for-you launch, free on Pro. - 0% of your job sales. Cons - Not the cheapest logo-free plan. - No prebuilt AMS connectors or single sign-on. Pricing Starter $79/mo Pro (logo-free) $179/mo Year one, Pro, billed monthly Twelve months at the monthly rate, no setup fee $2,148 Year one, Pro, billed yearly If you pay for the year up front $1,608 Source: [Kardow pricing page](/pricing). Bottom line Pick Kardow if your brand is a publication and you want imports, checkout and launch help included. If the lowest price is the goal, start with Job Boardly or Cavuno. ## Best low-cost white-label with a custom email domain: Cavuno Best fora solo founder who wants a low-cost branded board. ### Cavuno: what is it? Cavuno is hosted job board software with an AI website builder. Starter is $39 a month and shows a small Cavuno footer credit. Basic is $105 a month: the credit becomes optional, you get a custom email domain, and the limit rises to 1,500 active jobs. Grow, Advanced and Scale run $249, $449 and $849. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card, no setup fee, and no Cavuno revenue share (Stripe fees still apply). Pros - The footer credit is optional from $105 a month. - A custom email domain on Basic. - No setup fee and no revenue share. Cons - Starter shows a Cavuno footer credit and has no custom email domain. - Online payments need a Stripe account. Taken Oct 19, 2026 Cavuno's own pricing page, monthly billing. Basic is the first plan that lists an optional footer credit. Bottom line Just $5 a month above the cheapest logo-free sticker price, with a custom email domain and job aggregation included. ## Cheapest logo-free plan: Job Boardly Best fortesting a niche board on a small budget. ### Job Boardly: what is it? Job Boardly is low-cost hosted job board software for niche boards. Standard is $50 a month ($33 billed annually) with a custom domain. White label is on Pro, $100 a month ($67 billed annually), which also adds an API and webhooks, employer subscriptions and candidate profiles. Imported jobs use credits bought separately, at $12 per 1,000. There is no free trial, but it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Pros - The cheapest logo-free sticker price here: $100 a month. - Your own domain on both plans. - A 30-day money-back guarantee, and cancel at any time. Cons - Job imports cost extra, through credits. - No free trial. - No custom email domain listed. Taken Oct 19, 2026 Job Boardly's own pricing page, monthly billing. White Label appears on Pro only. Bottom line The lowest price to remove a vendor's logo. Add the cost of import credits before you compare. ## Best for high-volume boards: JBoard Best forboards whose model is thousands of imported jobs. ### JBoard: what is it? JBoard is job board software built around importing and scraping jobs. Your own domain is on every plan, but removing JBoard's branding starts on Advanced, $449 a month, about 3 times the $149 entry plan. Plans run $149, $249, $449 and $849 a month billed monthly, or 20% less billed annually, with a 14-day trial. A custom email domain starts on Standard. Related: [JBoard alternatives](/alternatives/jboard). Pros - Your own domain on every plan. - Up to 80 scraper sources on Scale. - A 14-day free trial and published prices. Cons - Logo removal sits on Advanced, about three times the entry price. - Costs climb with job volume. Taken Oct 19, 2026 JBoard's own plan table, monthly billing. Remove Branding is ticked from Advanced. Bottom line Pick it if volume is the business. It is overkill if you mainly sell posts to your own audience. ## A hosted board built around associations: Niceboard Best foran association that wants a hosted board next to its member system, and will ask which plan includes single sign-on. ### Niceboard: what is it? Niceboard is job board software for associations, non-profits, universities and communities. Core is $399 a month and includes your own domain and custom code and CSS. Removing the Niceboard logo needs Advanced, $599 a month ($479 billed annually). Its pricing page lists a custom email domain and single sign-on on the custom plan only. There is a 7-day free trial, and its FAQ says it takes no cut of your profits. Related: [Niceboard alternatives](/alternatives/niceboard). Pros - Your own domain and custom code and CSS on every plan. - A 7-day free trial and no cut of your profits. Cons - The most expensive published logo-free plan here, at $599 a month. - A custom email domain and SSO only on the custom plan. Taken Oct 19, 2026 Niceboard's own pricing page, monthly billing. 'Remove Niceboard logo' is the last line of Advanced. Bottom line Worth pricing if you are an association and the logo-free price fits. Ask which plan includes single sign-on before you compare. ## Best for nothing upfront: SmartJobBoard Best fora new board that wants a branded board without a monthly bill. ### SmartJobBoard: what is it? SmartJobBoard is hosted job board software that sells a revenue share or a flat annual fee, both by quote. Its pricing page lists "custom branding" in both options and does not say whether that removes SmartJobBoard's own name, so ask before you sign. When it still printed prices, API access and single sign-on were Enterprise-only. Related: [SmartJobBoard pricing](/articles/smartjobboard-pricing). Pros - Nothing upfront on the revenue share, by its own description. - Custom branding and hosting in both options. Cons - No public price, and logo removal is not stated. - The revenue share grows with your sales. Bottom line Good for starting small. Get the logo question and the percentage in writing, and recheck the math as sales grow. ## When is a non-white-label tool the better choice? Fair is the point If you are testing an idea, you do not need white-label yet. Launch on a cheaper plan that shows the vendor's badge, prove that employers will pay to post, then upgrade. Pay for logo removal once the board earns enough to cover it. ## White-label job board software at a glance | Tool | Year one, logo-free | Setup fee | Best for | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Kardow | $2,148 | None | Publishers and newsletters | | Cavuno | $1,260 | None listed | Low-cost boards with a custom email domain | | Job Boardly | $1,200 + credits | None listed | Testing a niche | | JBoard | $5,388 | None listed | High-volume import boards | | Niceboard | $7,188 | None listed | Associations | | SmartJobBoard | Quote | Not published | Nothing upfront | Read from each vendor's own pricing page on October 19, 2026. Year one is the setup fee plus twelve months on the cheapest logo-free plan, monthly billing. ## How do I switch to a white-label job board? 1. **Pick your domain**: jobs.yoursite.com is the most common choice. 2. **Run the 5-leak check**: in the free trial, look at the footer, domain, emails, checkout and login pages. 3. **Connect your own payments**: so employer receipts carry your business name. 4. **Redirect old job URLs**: if you are moving from another tool, so Google for Jobs traffic follows you (see [JobPosting schema for Google for Jobs](/articles/job-posting-schema-google-for-jobs)). ## Frequently asked questions What is the best white-label job board software? It depends on who you are. For publishers and newsletters, Kardow. For the lowest logo-free price, Job Boardly or Cavuno. For associations, check where logo removal and single sign-on sit, because they can be on different plans: Niceboard removes its logo on Advanced and lists single sign-on on its custom plan. Each is priced on the plan that removes its branding in the table above. How much does white-label job board software cost? Among the five tools here that publish a price, the cheapest plan that removes the vendor's logo costs $100 to $599 a month, or $1,200 to $7,188 in year one on monthly billing. SmartJobBoard quotes its price. Does white-label include my own domain? Not on the same plan. At Job Boardly, Cavuno, Kardow, JBoard and Niceboard your own domain works from the cheapest plan, but removing the vendor's logo needs a higher one. Spacewalk is the reverse: its own-domain option sits on the custom-priced Enterprise plan. What is the cheapest white-label job board software? Job Boardly's Pro plan is the cheapest sticker price at $100 a month ($1,200 in year one), plus $12 per 1,000 import credits. Cavuno's Basic plan is $105 a month and includes a custom email domain. Is there white-label job board software for associations? Niceboard is built for associations: removing its logo needs Advanced at $599 a month, and it lists single sign-on and a custom email domain on its custom plan. Cavuno lists single sign-on on every plan and a custom email domain from Basic. SmartJobBoard also aims at associations and lists custom branding without saying whether it removes its own name, so ask. Kardow runs association boards too, with the logo removed from Pro, but it has no single sign-on. Do I need white-label to start a job board? No. If you are testing an idea, you can launch on a cheaper plan that shows the vendor's badge and upgrade once employers are paying. Pay for logo removal when the board earns enough to cover it. ## A jobs section that looks like it was built in-house. Your domain from day one, and no Kardow branding from Pro.
